hi hello welcome!
Nice of you to stop by ッ
elise tyson is a writer & filmmaker living in London.
Born in Australia on unceded Kaurna Land and coming of age in Naarm, elise studied a Bachelor of Film & Television at Swinburne University before entering the film and television industry in 2018. Her longform credits can be seen here.
elise draws upon personal experience to enrich her creative worlds; both her prose and filmmaking often explore the juxtaposition of her ultra-religious upbringing and her queerness.
Her favourite stories (to create and consume) breathe authenticity, challenge social perceptions & celebrate the wonderfully messy human condition.
elise’s favourite thing in the whole world is the colour green.
Green is the hill she will die on.
